Skysthalimitcarver is among the dozen sprinters entered in Wednesday’s $30,000 Wayne Brasher Memorial Stakes at Turf Paradise.

PHOENIX, AZ-—NOVEMBER 11, 2021—Skysthalimitcarver and Senor Frogs are among the dozen sprinters entered in Wednesday’s 300-yard, $30,000 Wayne Brasher Memorial Stakes at Turf Paradise.

A sorrel daughter of world champion Wave Carver trained by Vanessa Marquez for owner Anastacio Mariscal Jr., Skysthalimitcarver is coming off of a clear 2 1/2-length victory in the 300-yard, $31,000 Westfork Ranch Stakes (R) for state-bred fillies and mares at Arizona Downs on August 31. The filly has won both of her starts at the 300-yard distance.

Skysthalimitcarver drew post 4 and will be ridden by Elias Gutierrez.

Senor Frogs will be shortening in distance and dropping in class off of his sixth-place finish, 5 1/2 lengths behind winner and reigning champion distance horse Danjer, in the October 23, 440-yard Bank of America Challenge Championship (G1) at Albuquerque Downs. The 4-year-old Coronado Cartel gelding is trained by Eloy Navarro for owner Jose Aguilar Mendoza.

Senor Frogs drew post 6 and will be ridden by Alex Carrillo.
