CHARLES TOWN, WV—AUGUST 2, 2021—Two Quarter Horses horses will be sold on order of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. K2 Solutions Inc., is the Selling Agent for the United States Marshals Service.

Flashpoint Bloodstock LLC will sell the horses in an Internet auction, without reserve, to the highest bidder.

The auction features the Grade 1 placed gelding Carters Yachtz.

Carters Yachtz was 3rd in his last start, the G1 Lee Berwick Futurity. He set a new track record at Delta Downs in Allowance company before winning his trial for the Berwick.

Bidding opens August 8 and closes on August 11. The bidding is done completely online during the specified time frame. Bid Closings are staggered, closing 3 minutes apart.
