GUTHRIE, OK—SEPTEMBER 16, 2021—Lazy E Ranch in Guthrie, Oklahoma announced today that Grade 1 winner Cyber Monday will stand his first season in 2022 for a fee of $4,000.
"We've had quite a bit of interest in the horse since the announcement last month of his retirement," Lazy E Ranch 's Butch Wise said. "We encourage people to come by the ranch and see him."
Campaigned by L.O.S. LLC and Abelardo Gallegos, Cyber Monday earned more money than any other Grade I winning two-year-old stud colt at Ruidoso Downs in the five racing seasons from 2017 through 2021.
The son of leading sire Favorite Cartel won the Ruidoso Futurity(G1) and was a finalist in the Rainbow Futurity(G1) and Rainbow QH Invitational. He won five nine starts and earned $528,428.
A $140,000 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale graduate, Cyber Monday is out of Corona Cartel's blue hen daughter Remember Me Rose SI-110, winner of the Ruidoso Derby(G1) and earner of $800,344. She also won the Sunland Park Winter Futurity(G2) AQHA Juvenile Challenge Championship(G2), Southwest Juvenile Champions and was second in the Rainbow QH Futurity(G1), The Championship at Sunland Park(G1) and Texas Classic Derby(G1). Remember Me Rose was also a finalist in the All American Futurity(G1).
Remember Me Rose is the dam of eight black-type runners of which three area full siblings to Cyber Monday.
Cyber Monday is also a full brother to Golden State Million Futurity(G1) winner Runforyourlife SI-96, $620,822 to 4, 2021.
